Brian is the founder of Knowlton General. After more than 20 years in commercial and institutional construction he decided to start his own business in 1991. Brian has over 35 years of experience in general construction, 25 years development and real estate venture capital. He also has 25 years multi-family residential construction and management and 15 years of vertical mixed-use development and management.

He thrives in environments that call for leadership and calculated risk-taking.

He enjoys all things outdoors, including water sports, winter sports, and cycling. Brian has 3 daughters and is devoted to his grandchildren.

Randy comes from a Marketing and Sales background where he enjoyed working for companies like Johnson & Johnson and Moen, Inc. He also spent time in International Sales & Marketing where he travelled and negotiated using the Spanish language.

Randy earned his undergraduate degree from the Bill & Vieve Gore School of Business at Westminster College and an Executive MBA graduate degree from the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah.

Randy and his family enjoy all things outdoors and they look for every opportunity to be outside enjoying nature.
